- Engineering Personnel. All Engineering Designs to Australian Standards, by qualified Engineers.
- Mechanical Engineering & Design. Engineering design of mobile and static machinery.
- Structural Engineering & Design. Engineering Design of static and dynamic structures and framework.
- Product Development. Innovative Engineering design solutions for new product development.
- Project Management. We offer the added benefit of a “Hands Free” approach to our customers, allowing them to continue running their business, with minimal interruptions due to the project at hand. We will manage the project to an efficient and successful completion, delivering the final manufactured product to our customer, or provide the engineering design plans and manage the job through their own manufacturer.
- Engineering Reports. Writing of independent consultant Engineering Reports (both Mechanical & Structural), acting on behalf of our clients.
- Breakdown & Overhaul. Engineering assessment in breakdown situations, and overhaul requirements, for all mechanical & structural equipment. Subsequent documentation of mode of failure, and damaged components, in the production of technical reports outlining the scope of work for repair.
- Engineering Inspection & Certification. Equipment and structural inspection, Assessment Reports, and Final Engineering certification.
- Hydraulic Design. Including ram design and manufacture, through to complete hydraulic systems, and down to simply detailing hydraulic circuitry.
- Pneumatic Design. Pneumatic conveying or pneumatic ram design systems.
- Electrical Design. Including electrical drafting.
- Conveyor Design. Including: Belt conveyors, Armoured Face Conveyors, Chain conveyors, Screw conveyors, Pneumatic conveyors, and Vibratory conveyors.
- Computer Aided Drafting. All major CAD package catered for. 3-D Solid modelling, or 2-D detail plans
- Presentation Drawings. 3-D and 2-D concept design drawings. Both colour and black & white.
- Detail Manufacturing Plans. Detail manufacturing plans, specifications, and instructions for all fabrication work.
- FEA. Finite Element Analysis and Stress calculations.
- Contract Drawing Preparation. Including tender proposal drawings, and patent drawings.
- Preparation of Mines Approval Testing documentation.
- Manufacture of all Designs. We provide our customers with the option of manufacturing all designs ourselves. We have a good business relationship with a select list of experienced manufacturing subcontractors, specialising in various engineering fields. This ensures extremely competitive manufacturing prices and quality workmanship, the savings from which are passed along to our customers.
