Sureline produces a broad range of products from fabricated structural steelwork, to custom designed and industry specific equipment & machinery.
So as to provide our customers with complete confidence in the products we supply, all Engineering Design, Drafting, Calculations, FEA and Stress Analysis, are produced by qualified Australian Engineering personnel, to relevant “Australian Standards”.
Our Fabrication and Welding is conducted to meet the Australian Welding Standard AS1554.1 GP: Structural Steel Welding. All steel materials are to relevant Australian Standards. To guarantee this high standard of manufacture is adhered to, Sureline employs a full time, totally independent, 3rd Party Quality Assurance Company, to inspect the production 100% of the time through manufacture.
Sureline will produce for our customers review, full QA documentation to ensure the we guarantee the highest quality in manufacture. Upon request, Sureline can produce daily inspection reports, including photos, for all production.
A full range of Coatings can be provided on all equipment and steelwork. To ensure the best repeatable quality, customer logos can be provided by way of a vinyl film decal or stencil applied painting. Artwork design can be arranged to meet all customer detail specifications.
